Delivery - UK

Standard Shipping


All our parcels are sent on a standard shipping service.

Standard delivery is free of charge, please allow 4 working days for delivery.

For order over £20 these will be sent tracked. If your order is under £20 it is sent Royal Mail first class.

Express Shipping

Although we aim to dispatch items within 48 hours if you need an urgent delivery please select Express shipping at checkout to receive your order within 2 working days.


Letterbox mailer


If you've ordered under 5 pairs of ladies briefs or 3 pairs of men's boxer's we'll be sending those out in our new letterbox size mailers via Royal mail first class delivery. Just popped straight through your postbox.

Zero Emissions Delivery

If you have a London postcode, we'll ship your order emissions free with our partner Hived. You may get order order by bike or by electric car. Bring on the green revolution!

Delivery - International

ONE Essentials now ships to Ireland and the USA.

Ireland - 3-5 business days £8.99

USA - 3-14 business days £18.99

There is free shipping on all international orders over £100

Please Note: All orders are shipped from the UK meaning you may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery. Import fees vary country to country, so please keep this in mind when placing an order for international delivery.

Returns


If for any reason you're unhappy with your order and would like to return it, we can offer a full refund, exchange or credit note the same value as our order within 14 days.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues 

If your order is damaged on arrival, please email us straight away with a picture and your order number on hello@onee.earth  Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.



Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned. Our underwear, due to the nature of an intimate item, is non-refundable for health and safety reasons. However we do offer our first fit guarantee. You can try on different sizes or styles to see which one works for you and return the one you don't want.
No questions asked. Just make sure the sticker is still on.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.



Exchanges 

Email hello@onee.earth with details of your exchange request.

Once our team are aware of your request please follow the instructions to return your item. Your exchange will be processed on receipt of your return.



Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
