If for any reason you're unhappy with your order and would like to return it, we can offer a full refund, exchange or credit note the same value as our order within 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
If your order is damaged on arrival, please email us straight away with a picture and your order number on firstname.lastname@example.org Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, our underwear due to the nature of an intimate item, is no refundable for health and safety reasons. However we do offer our first fit guarantee. You can try on different sizes or styles to see which one works for you and return the one you don't want. No questions asked. Just make sure the sticker is still on.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
