Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Freelance Marketer who specialises in organic growth and content creation to join our team. As a key member of our marketing efforts, you will play a crucial role in expanding our brand presence while staying true to our mission to make a radical change in the fashion industry through delivering the ultimate in everyday essentials.

Responsibilities:

1. Organic Growth Strategies: Develop and implement effective organic growth strategies to increase brand awareness and reach our target audience.
2. Content Creation: Create compelling and engaging content that communicates our brand values and resonates with our audience across various platforms.
3. Social Media Management: Manage and optimise social media channels to foster community engagement and promote our brand's sustainable and ethical initiatives.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and maintain brand consistency.
5. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to measure the success of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in marketing with a focus on organic growth and content creation.
• Understanding of ethical practices and CMA regulations.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends to select the right efforts and channels for growth through organic media.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
