Not sure of your size, no problem. With our first fit promise packs you can select a pack of two pairs of our essential High Rise Briefs fits each in a different size. Just return the incorrect size to us, unworn and sticker on, and we'll exchange for the correct size.

- Our Bluesign accredited fabric is free from toxic chemicals. Nothing nasty next to your skin or impacting the planet.
- The recycled cotton is blended with organic cotton to achieve a longer yarn ensuring all our pants are super soft on your toosh.
- By using biodegradable elastane we can keep the most comfortable fit for you without compromising on our environmental impact

Cannelle is 172cm tall and a UK 10 wearing a size S. Please see our size guide for further information.

Wash with similar colours maximum wash at 40 degrees
Do not tumble dry
Cool iron on reverse
Do not rub isolated stains
For dark colours avoid contact with light colours when damp
We've created our fabric to have the lowest environmental impact. To help maintain that in the whole product lifecycle, we recommend washing at 30 degrees on an eco wash setting to reduce the environmental impact on every cycle.
Please note that there can be slight variations in the coloration of our products between different fabric compositions.

What if I’m not sure of my size?
We want to make it as simple as possible for you to find the right fit first time. We've built some handy size charts to help and a how to measure guide which you can find here.
If you're ordering with us for the first time and need to check the size or style on our underwear you can, no questions asked. Just make sure if you're returning a size, you leave the sticker on and we’ll exchange the returned pair for your desired size – learn more

What’s your return policy?
If for any reason you're unhappy with your order and would like to return it, we can offer a full refund, exchange or credit note the same value as our order within 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
